From the perspective of the Christian faith,
time is not simply kronos, the unfolding of days and years.
“For a thousand years in your sight are as yesterday, now that it is past” (Ps 90:4):
In the eyes of the believer, time is kairos, that is, grace:
it is an invitation, it is a task, it is a vocation, it is the right time.
In other words, it is the opportunity God gives us to meet Him and to walk with Him,
as individuals and as a community of faith.
Lord, grant that we may be signs and instruments of reconciliation, peace and joy.
